MISSION
The Ministry of PCAP is concerned with the negative impact alcohol and other drug use has on all aspects of society.
PCAP is actively involved in seeking solutions to alcohol and other drug related problems by promoting action and awareness.
PCAP is a grassroots organization supported by churches and concerned citizens across the Commonwealth.
PCAP exists to warn school age children about the harmful effects of using alcohol and other drugs by presenting classroom programs, at no cost, in public and parochial schools across Pennsylvania.
